30-Day Money Back Guarantee
At HiPulse, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Access our returns page by clicking the profile icon in the store's menu or visiting our returns page directly.

2. Log in to your account:
   - Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue"
   - Check your email account for a message from our store containing a six-digit verification code
   - Return to our online store and enter the six-digit verification code

3. Click "Request return" for the order you wish to return.

4. If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.

5. Select a return reason from the available options and add any additional notes for our team.

6. Click "Request return" to submit your request.

After Submitting Your Return Request
If your return request is approved and the item needs to be shipped back to us, you will receive an email with detailed return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Important: Items returned to us without first submitting a return request through our system will not be accepted.

Time Limitations
Please note that if 30 days or more have passed since your order was delivered, we will not be able to issue a refund. After the 30-day period, we can only offer a replacement if the product is deemed faulty or defective.

1-Year Warranty
All HiPulse products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use conditions.

If your product becomes defective or malfunctions within one year of your purchase date, please contact us at info@hipulse.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and, if covered under warranty, provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications
- Products that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized parties

To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and the product must be within the 1-year warranty period.

Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. If you file a chargeback before reaching out to us, you will no longer be eligible for a refund under our return policy. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly, and we ask that you give us the opportunity to help you first.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@hipulse.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take quality seriously and will work with you to resolve any problems with damaged or defective merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Sale items or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to:
1. Return the original item following our return process
2. Once the return is accepted and processed, place a separate order for the new item

This approach ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The same conditions apply: your item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging), and you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing
If you request a refund and meet all eligibility requirements, we will notify you once your refund has been approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the approval notification, please contact us at info@hipulse.co and we will investigate the matter.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by us.
